What can you download with XSAVES?
XSAVES covers all the media that appears on X. Here is supported media categories.
1. X Video Downloader
XSAVES works as an X video downloader, allowing users to download videos available in X platform. Users can select from the available video quality options, depending on the original upload.
This feature can be useful for saving your own videos in MP4 to HD quality, including 1080p when available.
2. X Audio Downloader
Sometimes, users may want the audio from an X video rather than the entire video file. XSAVES offers an audio downloading option that converts supported video content into MP3 format.
This can be useful for interviews, podcast clips, discussions, speeches, and other audio-based content. Instead of downloading a complete video, users can save the available audio separately.
3. X GIF Downloader
GIFs are another popular form of content shared on X. XSAVES also provides an X GIF downloader option for animated GIF posts.
In this feature user can download GIFs as animated images. XSAVES can download GIF content in an appropriate format for easier sharing and offline viewing.
4. X Post Screenshot Tool
Sometimes, users want to download entire X post as image with the texts.
And that’s why XSAVES offers X post screenshot feature that allows users to capture supported posts as image files. In that screenshot user can include elements such as the profile picture, username, post text, media, timestamp, and engagement information.
This feature can be useful for documentation, personal reference, content research, and preserving posts with permission.
5. X Live Stream and Broadcast Downloader

XSAVES can download live broadcast easily by allowing users to save available recordings as MP4 files. But availability depends on whether the broadcast or Space recording is accessible and supported by the platform or not.
Is XSAVES free and safe to use?
Yes. XSAVES is completely free X downloader platform with no hidden charges. Xsaves is a browser-based x downloader platform, that means there is no requirement to install a separate application. Users can simply visit the website and use the available tools.
There is no login step and no access to your account. The site does not store the media you download. XSAVES is designed for saving your own content, public-domain material, and posts where the creator has given permission with respecting copyright and X's terms of service.
Do you need an app or extension?
No, Xsaves does not need any app or extension. Xsaves runs only in your browser on desktop and mobile. The interface is fully responsive, that’s why same paste-analyze-download flow works on different devices and operating systems, like iPhone, Android, Windows, macOS and Linux. You can also set Xsaves.com as a bookmark in your browser for faster and quick access.
Why use a dedicated X downloader
X is home to a wide variety of videos, Posts, discussions, GIFs, and live contents. However, users who want to download these files for offline viewing may find the available options limited. Because X does not offer a "save video" button, and screen recording loses quality, captures notifications, and produces huge files.
A dedicated X downloader like XSAVES provides a more straightforward alternative by identifying available media formats and offering download options based on the original content.
Respect copyright and content creators
In our X downloader, people should download their own content & public-domain material, or content for which they have permission to download and use. But downloading any X content does not automatically grant permission to republish, or commercially use it. Every Xsaves user must respect copyright laws, creators or owner rights, and X's terms and policies.
